Michelle Bollinger owns and runs Fresh Listing Photos. She is the photographer you work with from start to finish. Michelle makes bright, clean photos for REALTORS® and home sellers across Collin, Dallas, Denton, Rockwall, and Northeast Tarrant counties.
It is just Michelle behind the camera and the computer, so you get personal service. She also runs things like a pro shop, with clear steps and reliable delivery.

Michelle is an affiliate member of the MetroTex Association of REALTORS® (including the former Collin County Area REALTORS®). You will often see her at classes and events, sponsoring lunches, and talking with agents about what they need.
What Michelle Does
Michelle focuses on still photos for real estate. No video and no drone. She uses a blend of natural light and flash (often called flambient) to make rooms look true to life with accurate color and even light.
The goal is simple: help listings make a strong first impression online and in print.

Local Roots
Michelle is a third-generation Texan and has lived in North Texas all her life. She has been married to her husband, Rick, since 1994. Family is important to her, and that same care shows up in her work for clients.
Education and Experience
Michelle holds a degree in Art with a minor in Interior Design from Wade College in Dallas. Since 1997, she has built service businesses based on quality, trust, and community. Fresh Listing Photos brings together her art training, real estate background, and client-first mindset to serve agents across North Texas.
