Meet Michelle Bollinger

Michelle Bollinger is the owner and photographer behind Fresh Listing Photos. She’s a:

With a career spanning real estate, art, and business ownership, Michelle brings a unique perspective to real estate photography—one that’s both artistic and practical.

From Real Estate Sales to Photography

After a few years as a real estate agent, Michelle took a step back (a.k.a. rage-quit!) following the Sitzer/Burnett settlement to pursue a simpler, service-focused business.

Even though she no longer sells homes, Michelle understands the fast-paced world of real estate—because she’s lived it! Now, she helps fellow REALTORS® market their listings with stunning, professional photography.

Dedication to Learning the Craft

Photography isn’t just a side gig—it’s a well-honed skill. Michelle spent a full year studying real estate photography with the help of Nathan Cool. Nathan is a respected leader in the industry. She’s developed her technique through:

What to Expect: The Photography Process

Michelle dedicates about five hours per listing, ensuring every image is high quality and listing-ready.

Step 1: Scheduling Your Photoshoot

📞 Call, text, or 📧 email Michelle with your listing details, and she’ll book your session.

Step 2: On-Site Photography Session

Michelle captures interior and exterior shots, ensuring the best angles and lighting.

Step 3: Editing and Delivery

Each photo is meticulously edited by Michelle herself, to maintain a natural, true-to-life look.

⏳ Turnaround time of 3 days (often sooner!).

What is "Flambient" Photography?

Michelle specializes in flambient photography, a technique that blends flash and ambient lighting for balanced, natural-looking images.
