How to Grant Single Access

• Inside the eKEY app, tap “My Keyboxes” and select your lockbox.
• Choose “Grant Managed Access.”
• Enter the user’s cell number, set access hours, add any notes, and send.
• The recipient gets a text with everything they need — no need for you to be on-site.
