At Fresh Listing Photos, I’m always looking for ways to make your job easier. That’s why I want to be sure you know about a tool that can save you time and eliminate the need for extra combo lockboxes: Supra’s Single Access Key.
With Single Access, agents can securely provide limited, one-time entry for trusted professionals — photographers (like me!), stagers, inspectors, or anyone else who needs access but doesn’t have a real estate license. There’s no need to add a combo lockbox alongside your iBox BT LE lockbox — everything can be managed right through the Supra eKEY® app.
I’m always happy to meet you at your listing and with Single Access, it’s no longer necessary for you to take time out of your day just to let me (or other vendors) in. That means one less appointment to juggle — and less time stuck in traffic.
Here’s how easy it is to grant Single Access:
Download or update to the latest eKEY app and accept the End User License Agreement.
Tap “My Keyboxes” and select your lockbox.
Choose “Grant Managed Access” in the app.
Enter the user’s cell number, set the access hours, add any special instructions or notes, and send the access.
The recipient gets a text with everything they need — no need for you to be on-site.
