Service Overview

Fresh Listing Photos by Michelle Bollinger provides professional real estate photography services to select homeowners and Texas REALTORS®. By booking a session, clients agree to the terms outlined below.

Payment Terms

Payment in full is required before non-watermarked digital photos will be released to the purchaser. Payment is accepted via Zelle.

Turnaround Time

Edited photos are typically delivered within three days or sooner after the photography session. Every home is different, and quality editing takes time to ensure the best possible results.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Fresh Listing Photos understands that plans can change. There is no penalty for canceled sessions. If rescheduling is needed, at least 24 hours' notice is appreciated whenever possible.

Privacy Policy
